JOKERJOKERtv is currently seeking creative, self-motivated individuals who are excited to be part of something dynamic and community-focused. Whether you can create social media posts, edit video, help find sponsors, operate a camera, or even stepping in as on-air talent… there’s a spot for you on our crew. REQUIREMENTS: Able to work in a diverse/inclusive environment with a bunch of creative weirdo-artistic types. Resourceful and problem-solving with excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability is a plus. Basic knowledge of how to use a Camera, Mic, Headphones, Computer is a plus.

Tier 1
Artist Scouting
Description: Not all artists know about JOKERJOKERtv and that they can submit their works to be featured on our show by submitting by email… We can’t find them all so we need your help finding and reaching out to all the coolest weirdest unknown independent artists out there, all around the world! Anyone can do this at anytime anywhere by simply writing to those artists on their socials, and link them to JJtv by sending them this link: “JOKERJOKERtv.com/Submit“. Skills: knowledge of and the ability to find current bands, artists, filmmakers, and other creators.
Sponsor Sales
Description: Secure sponsorships and advertising partnerships for JOKERJOKERtv’s 24/7 broadcast, and other upcoming special events. Build relationships with businesses, develop sponsorship packages, pitch proposals, and ensure sponsor satisfaction to support the station’s growth. Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience in sales or marketing (media experience a plus). Goal-oriented and relationship-driven.
Video Editor
Description: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content for broadcast and social media. Collaborate with producers to ensure the final cut meets JOKERJOKERtv’s style and standards. Skills: Expertise in video editing software, creative vision, and attention to detail.
Content Creator
Description: Helping JOKERJOKERtv with social media and local marketing. We are looking for someone with their own ideas, who can also follow direction well! We are open to experimenting with a collaborative mindset. This is an opportunity to help create engaging content for broadcast and social media campaigns to increase the station’s visibility. Of course you must be willing to collaborate with producers to ensure that the final cut meets JOKERJOKERtv’s style and standards. Skills: Knowledge of social media posting trends, creative vision, and attention to detail.
Tier 2
Social Media Manager
Description: Manage all social media accounts for JOKERJOKERtv. Promote shows, engage with the community, and develop campaigns to increase the station’s visibility online. Skills: Strong social media knowledge, copywriting skills, and experience with analytics tools. Must have already served as a Tier 1.
Volunteer Coordinator
Description: Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers to assist with various JOKERJOKERtv operations. Ensure volunteers are prepared and feel valued in their roles. Skills: Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and people skills. Must have already served as a Tier 1.
Tier 3
On-Air Talent/Host
Description: Host live shows, interviews, and special programs. Engage with the audience, interview guests, and ensure a smooth flow of the broadcast. Skills: Strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to improvise. Must have already served as a Tier 1 & 2.
Associate Producer
Description: Develop and oversee the production of programs from concept to completion. Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, talent booking, and ensuring quality control for each show. Skills: Creative vision, project management, budgeting experience, and knowledge of editing software. Must have already served as a Tier 1 & 2.
